What aliments!

I do anumber of things to maintain a "healthy status". While the majority of these things are in fact spiritual, I thought to take a moment to share some of the physical things I do.
Perhaps more importantly in this discussion, at this time, is to detail the "why" or 'reason'. So true I have many conditions, physically that 1) would be diagnosed as an aliment & 2) would require some sort of 'medical' attention. The first of mention would be my lower back. Ive got a few physical deteriorations in the discs. In 2009 I had an MRI done which had several indications, and having insurance at that time I was 'under the care' of an orthopaedic doctor.
Medications, physical therapy, and suggested surgery as well. Opted out of the latter, of course, and hundreds if not thousands of dollars later, I still have the proverbial 'bad back '. These days my prescription is simple. Mary Jane and an inversion table. The former is well documented, and in my own personal case studies the supposed benefits you can receive from smoking eating in any way digesting her contents, is in fact true. Needless to say, but most worthy is The One who created the herbs. As for the inversion table sometimes referred to ask 'traction' I use tha t less than I should perhaps once or twice a month. It is a significant peice of equipment, relatively light considering the decent amount of space it requires to function. It performs very well and the benefits from hanging back wards up side down, for my condition, are super!
So thats the physical, for the most part, ther e is also the mountain biking of which I like to get in 15 mile rides 2 or 3 times a week. I also have the red chuckwagon in tow on occasions. However on the mental side...
Im not going to get into the details for lack of time but needless to say cough bi cough polar does come to mind. My Rx here is also simple. Healthy prayer ofc and St John Wort. I suppose to speak further in a later release of strangenotweird. Hagd in Jesus' name!:-)  :-D
